Originally trained as a Massage Therapist, and Holistic Health Practitioner, Kimberly Balesteri has continued her 
studies in order to create the most integrated approach for her clients. She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist specializing in therapies that include Hypnoanesthesia, Medical Hypnosis, Thought Field Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programing. Kimberly has also become a certified Cranio-Sacral Therapist in order to enhance her skill at helping the body to release on a deeper level. Kimberly has dedicated her career to helping her clients to create more balance in their lives…whether it is physically or emotionally or both. By applying holistic methods and providing clients a safe and professional environment to release physical, mental and emotional tension; hypnosis and/or therapeutic massage can offer profound results for individuals.
Kimberly has used her toolbox of methods for treatment of phobias, panic attacks, stress relief, weight management, and pain management. She also works with individuals dealing with addiction or substance abuse issues, as well as changing patterns of unwanted behaviors. She has used her bodywork skill to help relieve individuals of acute and chronic pain and also provides a nurturing touch for those who need it most.
Kimberly has been recognized by the Society of Applied Hypnosis as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a member of The Society of NLP. Kimberly has also extended her studies and has become a Registered Hypnotic Anesthesiologist and a member of the Board of Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapy. She has been certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner through the National Certification Board for Massage and Bodywork, as well as certification in cranio-sacral therapy from the International Professional School of Bodywork.
Kimberly is now working at a beautiful office in Carmel Valley. She shows compassion and drive to help each individual client on their journey to whole health.
